Transition to iRECS

Please note that we are no longer accepting new applications and modifications on Animal Ethics Online (AEO).

The last submission deadline for new applications on AEO was Thursday 21 September (5 pm) and the last submission deadline for modifications on AEO was Friday 10 November (5pm). Any submissions made via AEO after the above date will not be considered by the ACEC (unless exempted by the Animal Ethics team).

You are required to submit your new application and modifications (application & personnel) submissions via the new iRECS system.

Questions in the online application process have been added or modified. These are identified with a timestamp to indicate when the change occurred.
Please note that these changes will also appear on applications submitted prior to the timestamp.

For internal users, you will be taken to microsoft login page if you are not already logged in.
Your Login will be your staff ID ( prefixed by lowercase 'z' ) or student ID ( prefixed by lowercase 'z' ) followed by @ad.unsw.edu.au.
Your Password will be your zPass assigned by ITD.
If you don't have a UNSW login, please email Ethics Support to obtain a login & password.
